JimBowy
A language I've been wanting to learn now for a long time is VisualBasic 6. I just don't know if I'll take the time to learn it on my own. I know I have the ability but actually sitting down and comitting? That's the tough part.... Oh yea and I'm cheap - I don't want to buy the software so that is probably my biggest barrier!
PC-HAngover
I learned Visual Basic 6 in school last year. I took 2 yrs worth of courses in 1 yr. I am taking Java 1 this year. I loved visual basic, and it is worth learning. It just takes some practice!
JimBowy
I already know how to use Visual Basic for Applications (from Excel) and from what I've been told... they are exactly the same. I would love to create something that is a standalone program though with a little GUI interface.
