On dial-up who would want to hack you! Aren't you waiting for cable?

Waiting, fantasizing, undulating...uh, excuse me. Yeah, it just became available. Probably get it next month. Make the initial outlay of cash then. Install is $100, modem $100, deposit $70(2 months). Lightspeed increase in connection..priceless.

I been holding off for three years now. I'm drooling. I will ask them about it though. Looks like I will try to schedule the install at the end of the month, first free time I have.

Yeah, I called them to ask and the only difference between the $30 "basic install" and the $100 "premium install" is they make sure you are on the net before they leave. Thanks, but no thanks. You hook up the little wire thingies and I'll do the rest. Saved $70 right there. Looks like the setup will be the Linksys modem, Linksys Switch and Linksys NIC. Now that ought to be compatabile.

Found the modem @Newegg for $81, $4 shipping. Saved another $15. Wow, price went from $270 to $185.

That's a fine link! I only noticed this part:

Temporarily Out of Stock.
