I don't know how many of you use it, but it can significantly reduce your boot time. Another thing, M$ is no longer offering it on their website. They claim it is for developers, etc. and does NOT reduce boot or resume time. Trust me, it does. You can still get it from MajorGeeks

Just to prove my point, here are the before and after screenies for me. Notice the top graph, which is the total boot time. Mine dropped from 42 to 32 seconds. I once had my old setup boot in 15 seconds, from cold boot to useable desktop. Of course, a lot depends on what applications you have start up with windows. A little tip, open up msconfig and click the startup tab. See everyting in there? Windows doesn't need any of it to start. That is programs that start up with windows. Now, some apps you run may need those programs running to work properly, so be careful if you uncheck any of them. Anyway, the top portion of the pic is my before and the bottom is after.
